6 days of cardio a week (45-60mins approx)
45mins intervals on the spin bike and 20 minutes on the x-trainer
on 5 of those days doing weight training.
Im not sure whether to break up my weights days and do upper body and lower body on different days, I suppose I will see how I feel.
Hopefully this will shed some of the fat, i’ve built quite a bit of muscle but just need to lose the fat on top. wish me luck :)
